LoK fan character: Nova

So once again my love for Legend of Korra (and Avatar in general) has led me to create a "self-insert" type of character. Thus I came up with Nova, the waterbender! Basically I just drew what I would want to look like as a character in the Avatar world. If I really was in that universe, I'd probably be either a nonbender or a waterbender; I've gotten airbender before on quizzes as well, but I always felt more aligned to water than air. 

Fun fact, Nova has a pet snow leopard-otter (a critter I invented myself in a spur of the moment) named Makalu. I'll have some more drawings of Nova and Makalu for sure, since I really enjoy drawing this character. No idea if I'll find a way to work her into my Legend of Korra fanfic project, but we'll see!
